Welcome to the Key Stone Reiki Exchange!

Our Exchanges are designed to:

• Offer a regular place and time for those trained in Reiki to be able to practice.  
• Provide a venue for each participant to receive Reiki in a relaxed, quiet atmosphere.
• Offer an opportunity for Reiki practitioners in the Pittsburgh area to socialize and network with one another.

The following guidelines have evolved over time to facilitate a comfortable Exchange that accommodates practitioners from various schools and approaches:

We recognize that the Reiki Healing is an empowering experience for the person RECEIVING a treatment, and that he or she is entitled to a treatment which respects his or her needs and preferences.

The trained practitioner’s goal is to enable to flow of Reiki energy to the receiver for enhancement of his/her natural healing process in a way that is mindful of the recipient’s needs and comfort.

The Usui System of Reiki Healing is used during the Exchange to provide a common basis for treatment between practitioners from various schools and approaches (for a brief description of the Usui System of Reiki Healing, click here).

Depending on the number of people attending the Exchange, we will work in teams of 2-3 people on a table.  

Treatments run from 1:00-5:00 PM, allowing for 3 rounds of treatment per table with a few minutes for breaks in between.  Please be conscious of the time and pace your treatment time accordingly.
